Merry Christmas! Rick Lesniak and his fabulous library crew has the titles for the January packets ready to go. But he needs a VERY accurate list of members by December 28th in order to get everything ready for our first rehearsal January 12th. AND, Beth Anne and the rest of the Board needs to know the intentions of all 125 members of the BCAS. VERY ACCURATE is the most important phrase in this Blog and email.
- If you are one of the 71 who sang the Christmas Concert AND you WILL be returning, you’re good to go. But, we’d love to hear from you also.
- If you are one of the 71 who sang the Christmas Concert AND you WILL NOT be returning for March concert, let Rick know at Rick.Lesniak@gmail.com and copy me on the email. I will be away and probably wont be able to do much technically. I know of Rick and Sharon Darisse, June Martin, Mark Ebersole, AND?????
- If you did NOT sing with us this fall and Christmas, and WILL come back in January please let Rick know at Rick.Lesniak@verizon.net, and copy me.
- I you did NOT sing with us this fall and Christmas, and WILL NOT be coming back in January but WILL be coming back for the RIV, please notify Rick and copy me.
- If you WILL NOT BE SINGING WITH US FOR MARCH OR MAY, please let us know that as well so we can update our records. If you are in this category please make sure you have your personal data sent to us so we can update that also. We will most certainly get in touch with you over the summer.
- For all of you, please UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION WHENEVER IT CHANGES.
Remember all of this by DECEMBER 28TH.
