Our 2022-23 season

Buffalo Choral Arts Society returns for our first full concert season since 2019, and you won't want to miss a note! Single tickets for each concert will be $20. Season tickets for all four concerts can be purchased for just $70—a savings of $10 for the season. For season tickets, simply select your Christmas concert preference. We hope you'll join us for this joyful return to a season of outstanding choral music that spans a wide range of genres.

BCAS begins its 56th concert season by revisiting some nostalgic works and finding refreshing new arrangements that touch the patriotic heart and honor our military. The program includes our National Anthem and works by Copland, Stroope, Martin, and Wilhousky.

The Christmas Season in song offers BCAS an opportunity to perform familiar carols in new, refreshing arrangements. This highly anticipated concert has always touched the listener’s heart! We often hear, “This concert starts the Christmas season for me”. Works by Forrest, Rutter and others.

Featuring Faure's Requiem

The best-known of Faure’s major works, this ethereal, choral Mass, is beloved by singer and audiences across the world. This performance with orchestra will also feature works by Forrest, Morricone, and others.

A Loving Finale!

This concert title not only indicates the end of the 56th BCAS season but also, after 36 years, it will be the final concert of Ms. Giambrone’s tenure as Conductor/Music Director of this continually dynamic community chorus. Chosen by Ms. Giambrone for her final concert with BCAS are medleys including, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mamma Mia!, and Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat. All will feature member soloists. Additional favorites will also be offered.
