Hello Everyone:
The Board and I had a Zoom call meeting on Friday and we set up an Agenda for our Annual Meeting which will be held this coming Wednesday Night August 12th at 7:00 PM.
Due to the health crisis we cannot meet in person but because we’re getting more and more adept at Digital Distancing our format will be in the form of a Zoom meeting.
For those of you who have done this – parents, teachers, others at places of work, it is simply a matter of logging in to your Zoom App with the Zoom Meeting log in and ID that Tom will provide. (Look for his Blog and FaceBook announcement with directions.
After I downloaded the Zoom App on my computer it was fairly easy to navigate, and for those who know me I know just enough to get in trouble.
For those of you with a computer or an iPad or tablet, but you haven’t put the Zoom App on it, Google Zoom App and then follow the directions to download it to you device. Then you’re ready to plug in to Tom’s meeting number and ID number and you’re good to go.
All of us will be waiting for you at 7:00 PM on Wednesday night. If this seems daunting, perhaps you could get in touch with someone who has done this and they can help you navigate the downloading of the APP.
I WANT YOU ALL TO GET THIS, BECAUSE I WANT TO HAVE ZOOM MEETINGS STARTING IN THE FALL. So please try to get this. The more the merrier. We can have every member on the call. We might look like little folks, but we’ll be together. Thanks for your efforts.
