…………………..we begin. Good Morning! Last night we auditioned prospective members and I am happy to announce that BCAS has added several new members to our ranks. As I am, you will be so pleased to see and hear these vibrant, musically astute singers – 1 Sop 1; 2 Sop 2; 1 Alto 1; 1 Alto 2; 1 Tenor 1; and 1 Baritone. In addition we will be adding 2 Conference All-Staters: 1 Sop 2; and 1 Bass 2. AND……………..we welcome back several singers from our LOA list from last Spring.
………………….all our music for NOV and DEC concerts is ordered and ready for folders.
So, I hope you all are ready and rarin’ to go into a new season.
Just in case you have not seen our concert schedule for 2017-2018 UPDATED, here it is:
- Sunday, November 5th, St. John Vianney Church – Dress 1:30 in church; Concert at 4:00 – A Salute to our Armed Forces
- Friday, Sunday, Saturday, December 1st, 3rd, 9th – St. Mary’s Swormville; St. Joseph Cathedral; SS. Peter and Paul Churches – Dress November 30 and TUESDAY, Dec. 5th, – Ringing In the Season
- Saturday, and Sunday, March 10th and 11th (note change from the original March 9th, which now is March 10th), Annunciation Church, Elma and Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, OP – Dress March 7th and March 11th, 1:15 pm – Choral Reflections
- Sunday, June 3, Rivera Theater – Dress May 30th – Broadway and Beyond.
So……………….mark your calendars in BOLD, start telling your friends and relatives, and check the webpage often as we get into gear for singing!
