Tonight….a wrench in the works we need to work around!!

Hello everyone:

We were just informed that the priest at St. Amelia’s wants all of us out of the church by 9:00 so it can be locked up.  Rehearsal tonight will END at 9:00 sharp, and we will be granted 30 minutes to take down the risers etc. and ‘leave no DNA’.  When asked this summer for times, I gave the Pastor 6 – 10 pm. So….  we WILL honor this request.  What does that mean?  No lollygaggin’ during any part of this rehearsal.  Me included!  We’re all business tonight.

What can you do to help?  Obviously we’ll need help to take down set up.  AND, you could come early to get your ‘business’ done – tickets, Gail’s Angel Squad stuff, bathroom, etc.  And if you could help to set up, and are free to get there by 6:00 that would help too! We are BCAS, we take care of each other, we do this stuff well.  It reminds me of some of our ‘wrench in the works’ situations and crises on our tours.  Here we go! Buckle UP!

This is your pilot speaking with love, M
