Hello Everyone:
We are introducing 3 Christmas pieces to sight-read on Wednesday. If its at all possible, could you please get my markings in your scores before that rehearsal. I know that’s asking a lot, but we’re a bit under the gun to make sure we are WELL prepared for both our October 23rd concert and our two Christmas concerts, Dec. 2 and 4.
Remember to let the following people know if you’re not able to attend. My expectation is that if you’re in a position to log into Zoom for that missed rehearsal in progress, could you please make every effort to do so. We’d all appreciate that level of engagement. We’re starting to get these October pieces in fairly good shape, but obviously much more is needed, especially your own work at home. For example, if you can’t plunk out your own part, download Doug’s examples, and/or get a CD from Linda, AND just chant text in rhythm, eg: When Johnny ….
