Info for October 3rd, Rehearsal Plan, etc.

Hello Everyone:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION : 

  1. You will be handing in O SUSANNA, and AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL tomorrow night.
  2. Make sure you get a copy of the Wizard of Oz Medley when you sign in, since we will be rehearsing SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW, the last 5 pages of this medley for performance at the BMHOF Induction Ceremony.  (At least that’s what we know as of Tuesday night at 7:30 PM.
  3. You should have ALL your scores marked by tomorrow night, October 3rd.  Thank you so much for taking the time to do this.  I know this is a huge effort on your part.  What we’re learning is that scores need to be on the webpage by September 1st and January 1st for each hand out opportunity.
  4. I believe we will have Christmas markings up on the website by next week.
  5. Make sure you listen carefully regarding what each of us has to do and is responsible for next Thursday night in the form of announcements, etc. That includes arrival time, line up procedures, assigned seats in hall, music order, folders, pashminas, ties, shirts, concert tops, etc.  etc. etc. I’m sure you understand that we have precious little time to get 120 folks all organized, looking like we actually are Hall of Famers.
