MONDAY, APRIL 23RD:
Hello Everyone: Last week I announced that we are going to tweak our next two weeks of rehearsals AND solo audition schedule. I am thrilled that so many of you want to be heard for possible solos. AND I do not want to give up any rehearsal time. Thus the following changes. Please note. And if you know of anyone who might not be able to access this blog – STILL – please let them know as well.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25TH – 7:00 – @8:15 we will be rehearsing ONLY women – SSAA on all music. After that, from 8:15 – 9:30 I’ll hear the folks who signed up for April 25th auditions. NOTE: Some have already spoken to me about switching from May 2nd to April 25th and vice versa. Here are those who will be solo auditioning: Marla Grefrath; Lauren Bowen; Alyssa Houseknecht; Katie Kruszynski; Sarah Fiegl; Ali Louis; Tina Reece; Bree Rodriguez; Rachel Wannamaker; Sean Adamchick; Kate Schroder/Sue Dosch.
NOTE: We may also have room for any other female singer, who already will be at rehearsal, and who were to sing on May 2nd, as follows. We may not have room for all: Dawn Gais; Kim Harrison; Darilyn Thundat; Nadine Grogan; Abby Farr; Maddi Orbach; Nancy Schettler. WILL THESE WOMEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WILL BE SINGING TO THIS WEDNESDAY – APRIL 25TH IF YOU WERE NOT ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR THAT NIGHT. mgiambrone2@verizon.net.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 2ND – 7:00 – @8:15 we will be rehearsing ONLY men – TTBB on all music. After that, from 8:15 – 9:30, I’ll hear the folks who signed up for the May 2nd auditions. NOTE: It is important that you keep as much to the original date schedule as possible-except for those I have noted, or for those who have made a switch with someone from the ‘other’ night. Here is the list of those who I expect will be auditioning on this night, May 2nd: Chris Jasen; Chris and Beth Jasen; Samantha Cook; Jeff Mitton; Dan Fronckowiak; Nancy and Gary Behrns; Anthony Musso; Paul Brauer; Mark Ganschow; John Fields; Carl Eisenhard; Jeff Shevlin; Dan Berger.

As you can see by this schedule, we have a large number of women to hear on April 25th, and not as many men on May 2nd, so if those women who signed up for May 2nd still wish to come on May 2nd, that might be the best for you since we will have more time to fit you in. Check with each other, let me know, and I’ll see all women at 7:00 next Wednesday, April 25th, and the men the week after that, May2nd.
CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
- We will have wonderful soloists. I know that for a fact.
- You will only have 1 rehearsal in these next 2 weeks, so selling tickets, bringing in $$$$, finding a new audience are all crucial to have this sort of schedule tweak really work.
- If you are auditioning: Please bring your music. Don’t assume John or I have copies. If you need to see the music, because it’s not memorized, bring 2 copies. I strongly urge memorization, however I understand if you won’t be memorized at this audition.
