Hello Everyone:
First, here is an update on Paula Belair. She is slowly but surely healing. I would say this is a very slow process from 9 cracked ribs and 1 cracked sternum. She told me today she is ‘very colorful’. Also as first reported in some places, her car was NOT the car in the ditch. The other vehicle and occupants landed in a drop off but none of the folks in that car was hurt or scratched, nor was that car. It was Paula’s car that did a 360 and was smashed around and her as well. As you might expect, when Charlie, Paula’s husband, came to the scene and she was being placed in an ambulance, Paula instructed him to go to their ‘smashed to pieces’ car to get her music and attendance cards which were in the what was left of the back seat. I call that truly BCAS spirit and thoughtfulness. Yea Paula! Continue on your road to recovery.
