Hello Everyone,
This is just a reminder that we are selling ads for the Riviera program and the due date is May 1st. At the very latest, we would need any paper forms and ads by rehearsal on May 3rd in order to put the program together in time for it to be printed. If you need them, Here is a link to the 2023 Program Ad Flyer, and Here is a link to the BCAS 2023 Ad spec sheet and order form. If businesses would like to donate and submit their ads electronically, they may go to our ticket website and head to the donations page: https://buffalochoralarts.ludus.com/donate.php?type=corporate. Once they donate, they will receive an email with a link to the form to submit their ad. If any business needs a little bit to sweeten the pot, every ad that is purchased comes with complementary tickets to the Riviera show as well! On a slightly related note, we are also in need of a small committee of 4 – 5 volunteers to put together the program. There are several jobs which need doing and the more people to do them, the easier it is!
- Layout of the submitted program ads
- Layout of the concert program page (song list, musicians, etc.)
- “Our Members” page
- Cover
- Organize the performance notes
- Bios, Message from Driector, Etc.
- Put together a “Did you Know?” page about BCAS.
- “Next Season” and “Auditions” Page
- Possibly more that I’m not currently remembering!
