Greetings to all:
It’s hard to believe that summer is ending and we’re starting rehearsals already. Summer always seems to go so fast, but I’m sure we’re all excited to begin a new season. Our first rehearsal will be at our usual room in Sweet Home High School at 7:00 PM. Please plan on arriving early to get your music packet, catch up with old friends, and make some new ones. Our auditions over recent weeks have added many new singers to our group so please make them all feel “part of the family”. This is going to be an exceptionally exciting year as our first performance will be in celebration as inductees into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame. What a night that will be. I hope you’ve gotten your tickets already. Marcia will be filling us in tonight with the exciting details. You’re going to love seeing what’s inside our music packets this year. Marcia’s done a fantastic job of exploring piles of music to add some phenominal new pieces to our repertoire.
Also, if you’re able to come even earlier (6:00 or so) to help set up the rehearsal room the Operations committee would really appreciate it.
