Good afternoon all!
Thanks to Marcia and Gail for sending out rehearsal reminders and info about our post concert gatherings. Please take note of the following business so you can attend to anything at rehearsals that you need to. See everyone at the MIDDLE SCHOOL tomorrow evening!
- Thanks to all that worked the Sabres 50/50 game! It was a great morning and the Sabres even won! Be on the look out for a sign up sheet for our Spring game after the holiday season. If you weren’t able to make it this past Saturday we hope you can join us for the next one.
- Last call for the ad campaign! If there are still any lingering ads out there please turn them in ASAP so they can be included in the program.
- Our crew call for the upcoming concerts was sent out in a blog last week. If you are able to help in any way please see Andrea or sign up on the doodle poll that came in the blog. It is extremely important that we have volunteers for this job, as we want to keep all of our members safe when moving risers and such.
- Consignment tickets are due back to the ticket committee by November 28th. That gives you a chance to sell them over the Thanksgiving holiday. You can also purchase tickets before rehearsal or during the break.
- See Gail to sign up for one and/or both gatherings after our Christmas concert downtown and in Hamburg.
Thanks to all for your continued commitment to our chorus, especially as life starts to get hectic. We are going to put on some wonderful Christmas concerts!
