Here are my pet projects for Wednesday night:
1. Please stop long enough at the table to buy some tickets!
2. Then check in. This allows Marcia to not take rehearsal time to check on the empty seats in rehearsal. It gives you more singing time!
3. If you haven’t stopped yet to check your information on the roster, please take a peek! If you don’t have a STAR by your name, you haven’t checked it yet. If you check it and it is ok, just put a check mark on your name. If you need to make changes, go right ahead and do so. I have had these copies of the roster out for 2 rehearsals and I have easily made c. 26 changes so far. This is super important for now and the rest of the year and the future.
4. There are also sign up sheets for my other project: The after concert reception after the October concert. If you are able to bring something sweet or an appetizer type of savory, please sign up. Many of you signed up last week and thank you! If you would rather bring small appetizer plates or small napkins or water bottles, feel free to just add it to the list.
5. Rick and Sharon Darisse are the “Snack angels” this week. Please tell them thank you!
6. The infection rate in our county was at 12.8% last week. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, it is perfectly fine.
7. We are looking for a couple of people who are willing to bring a case of cold water bottles to rehearsal. We will sell them for $1. It will provide the much needed fluid and make a little profit. If you are able, please contact me so I can make a list of who can do this.
