Tidbits for Wednesday night

HI, all,

Hoping that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day and that BCAS was one of the things that we are all thankful for!  I have a few needs for Wednesday night or sooner if you can contact me via Shadowlear@aol.com or 716-435-0176 or gleary44@gmail.com.

  1.  I could use two more helpers on Saturday morning at the music library in West Seneca at 10:00.  I’m pretty sure that if we have enough helpers, it shouldn’t take more than an hour or so.
  2. Those of you who are baking or making or buying, please bring your treasures to the concert on Friday night.  More info to follow.  If it turns out that baking or making isn’t going to work, just hop to the store and pick up some wrapped Christmas candy like Dove or Hershey’s miniatures or peppermint patties.  Even those of you who are not one of the elves can become an elf by bringing some of those to me!
  3. Attire:  remember that men are wearing red or holiday ties with their black outfits.  Women will be wearing one of our red roses on their tops.  If you have any other attire questions, feel free to ask me or Kelly or Linda Koziol or Tina.
  4. Volunteers:  I am now looking for c. 6 volunteers who can make some phone calls for us.  I have made up a list of those who are on leave or resigned and let’s make some calls to them to invite them to come Friday or Sunday.  If you are interested in making those calls, PLEASE contact me at my above contacts (text too) and I will immediately give you the list to call so that you can start right away.
  5. I will have get well cards for Gert Wolski (surgery on Monday) and Alicia Meyers ( had surgery already) for you to sign.  It means the world to our members to hear from us when they are home and unable to sing.

I think that’s it for me until Wednesday’s dress.  I will have more specifics for our elves and Santa’s helpers then!
