A few little bits and pieces for tomorrow night!
1. Please stop by and check in.
2. I will have 4 copies of the ROSTER on the table with a pen by each. Please look at the roster and make sure that everything is accurate. If you made changes two weeks ago, please check to make sure that I typed everything correctly. If you have a STAR by your name, you either made a change or your information was correct. If you have no star, you need to check your information and either put a check mark by it or make your changes. If there isn’t enough room, just turn the sheet over and write the info on the back. This is a moving target! Thanks for your patience.
3. I will also have a few sign up sheets on the table for what you would like to make/bring to the October concert reception following the concert at St. Francis. We are chipping in so that we have plenty of food and we are helping the church out. I will have two columns. SWEET and SAVORY. You pick what you would like to bring. This is our first chance this season to “hang out” for a bit and catch up with everyone! Yay! If you would like to bring a case of water or paper products, you can leave a note on one of the sheets. If we have excess, we will leave it for the church as a donation.
4.Call me if you will be late so I can let you in.
