Hello Everyone,
Since rehearsal has been cancelled tomorrow due to the weather, there is a little bit of a hitch in selling the squares for our super bowl pools. At this point we had 7 squares open up on the original $20 pool. To my knowledge we have sold around 60 squares on the new pool (see my previous post for information on that).
In order for everything to happen before the super bowl, I am going to need you to contact me in writing to get the super bowl squares. Please provide me with the names of all people who you want to go on the pool. They will be randomly assigned a place on the pool. Once it is full, I will randomly pick numbers for each of the teams and post a scanned copy of both of them on the “Files you may need” section of the website.
In order to pay for the squares we will be going with the “Honor system.” I can take payment from you next week at rehearsal. Please note that the purchase of the squares will be considered binding and that if you or someone buys the square you must pay for it (even if it doesn’t end up winning Sunday). If you would like to get the money to me, I will conveniently be home the next two days, and if you wanted to stop in to drop off money that could be arranged.
