Please take a look at the following reminders and needs for our upcoming concert preparation:
- Have you paid your dues? Please see Rick!
- Have you turned in any extra music that you have by mistake or do you have every piece that you need? Please see Rick!
- Do you need any of the allotted tickets for the Christmas concert? Are you able to turn any in that you will not need? Please see Tom!
- Have you volunteered to help with the Sabres? Make sure that you are on Tom’s list.
- Do you know of someone who is willing and able to usher, help with the donation collection, etc. for the concert? Please see Nadine.
- Are you able to help with the riser delivery, set up, take down? Please see Alec!
- Have you had your women’s concert attire checked? Please see Linda Koziol, Nancy Seel, Tina Reece, Kelly Goble, Linda Lang or Nadine Benstead tomorrow or next week. Remember that you will need a BLACK mask.
- Are you able to write some personal invitations to our donors for the Christmas concert? Please see Gail!
- Have you shown your vaccination card? Remember to check in! See Gail!
- Extra pashminas from our past are $5 each. We are not using them but they would make a great little Christmas gift for someone in your world. See Kim Guido!
