It was great seeing everyone at last night’s rehearsal. We welcomed everyone back, and a few new members joined us. A few more people will audition next week and hopefully they will join us. The interest and excitement in Buffalo Choral Arts is growing.
Our Christmas concerts were amazing and I know the Requiem concert will be just as magical!
In the link below you will find the rehearsal plan for next week. Please thoroughly prepare the material that will be covered in next week’s rehearsal with the learning tracks. This will allow us to spend less time fixing notes, and more time on vocal production and shaping the musical phrase. I would also encourage you to sing from beginning to end with the learning tracks, and listen to the complete performance records. This will give you a sense of the piece as a whole unit.
