Hi, all,
Just a quick reminder that rehearsal is on Tuesday evening this week from 7:30 to 9:00. There is a church activity prior to our rehearsal time that bumps our start time to 7:30.
Here are the snippets:
- The infection rate on May 21st was 13.8% and the seven day average is 16.8%. This is down from the last several weeks. Let’s hope for more warm weather and people being outside as much as possible. We are still in the High transmission rate category but if this keeps moving downward, I am confident that we will be moved into moderate soon. Please wear your mask and remain in the 3 feet distance seating on Tuesday.
- If you are feeling ill or symptomatic of Covid, please stay home and join us on Zoom. Thank you!
- If you test positive after our Tuesday rehearsal, please let one of us know so that people around you can take appropriate steps.
- Please check in when you arrive and please let us know if you are unable to attend the rehearsal in person. We are coming down to the wire with remaining rehearsals.
- We need three more people to help with moving the risers onto the truck and off of the truck twice. If you know of someone willing to help out, PLEASE contact Alec or me asap. We will need to hire if we can’t find volunteers. We must also keep liability in mind as we try to ask others.
- Please let Nadine know if you know of someone who can help out with handing out programs, etc.
- We have no tickets being sold at church services with two weekends left, one of which is our concert weekend. If you are available, please see Tom or Kevin and let them know. If someone is available to bring a boombox to the the entry and play one of our CD’s while people are entering the church, let us know. Marcia can speak to the people at Mass and let them know who we are.
- I am putting together a list of LOA people. If you are willing to make 10 phone calls each asking them to come and hear the concert, let me know and I will try to get on top of this asap.
