Hello and Happy Friday Eve everyone!
I just wanted to give you all a heads up that the letters and order form for our program ads are now available on the “Files You May Need” page. There is a Cover Letter you can use for new program ad prospects and a renewal letter to send to past advertisers, as well as the order form/spec sheet.
To download the files to your computer so you can email them, simply click on the name of the document and click on the icon in the upper right with the down arrow (see below).
To print the files out so you can mail or hand deliver them, click on the name of the document, then click the printer icon in the upper right corner (see below).
If you have questions or would like a PDF of an ad from last year to include, please email me at shandrah@manzellamarketing.com with the name of the advertiser.
As a reminder, people can order and renew ads online. Just click the Program Ad link under the Support tab and click the link on the page that cleverly says “Click here”. If you want to streamline things by providing the link in an email, it is https://buffalochoralarts.org/program-ad-order-form/.
