Hi, all!
Here is the latest picnic information!
- There are more openings for the Saturday picnic than for the Wednesday picnic but if you want to add your name either day, please do so at rehearsal.
- I am still in need of helpers particularly for Saturday. I know that some of you have volunteered to fill in with whatever is needed but if you can sign up for something, it will assure me that we have all tasks covered.
- Money is due prior to the picnics since it is needed to buy the supplies.
- Bring layers of clothing (cooler by the lake), lawn chairs, lawn games, board games, cards, poker money, any beverages that you want, other than pop or water.
- Please bring a list of ingredients that may be in your food dish so we protect those with allergies.
- PLEASE SEE ALI SEARER AT REHEARSAL REGARDING PARKING. IT IS LIMITED AND WE CANNOT PARK ON ANY OF THE STREETS IN THIS AREA. I HAVE A COLLEGE STUDENT HELPING US WITH WHERE THE PARKING AREAS ARE LOCATED. PEOPLE WITH HANDICAPS AND DONORS NEED TO USE THE MAIN LOT CLOSEST TO THE MANOR HOUSE. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WALK A BIT, ALI CAN GIVE YOU A HINT ABOUT WHERE TO PARK.
- Please take care of loose ends at rehearsal. Money paid? Food sign up. Help sign up. Etc.
