I hope you are all staying well and safe! I miss you! It’s time for me to send you another notice about the Pearl Street reception. I am going to bullet the important information in hopes that I can alleviate any confusion. Here you go:
- Reception at Pearl Street Grill and Brewery begins at 5:00 following the concert. Gathering space is the Speakeasy room. Dinner will be served at 5:30 and we have the space until 8:00.
- Cost for each BCAS member is $27 (any Extra donation would be greatly appreciated). Our cost is actually $30 per person. The Board is subsidizing this to make attendance a little cheaper for the chorus. Non-members (your guests) will need to pay $30 .
- This is the full Buffalo Buffet dinner being offered. This includes wings, pizza, salad, ziti, pierogi, roast beef on weck, celery and carrots and dessert ( being provided by one of our members). This is an all you can eat meal which a few of our men can attest to being well worth the price. Coffee, pop and water is provided. A full cash bar will be offered, as well.
- We have a 30 person minimum. I currently have 7 people signed up. I will need to put down a deposit in days and therefore, I need a head count to begin increasing as soon as possible. You will need to take care of this prior to the March deadline of March 6th. NO EXCEPTIONS! I need your name and numbers of guests pronto. I will need your money by the 6th.
- I know that this is causing you an additional step or two to contact me instead of walking up to the table at rehearsal and singing up. Thank you for understanding. I would be there if I could.
