Below are all the important details on the upcoming member picnic. This event is a great way to socialize with your fellow BCAS members and their families. We’re hoping for record attendance this year!
Date: Saturday, September 23rd Time: 2:00 until whenever Place: The Bluff’s in Derby (Gail’s) Cost: $12.00 (note the price change)
How to pay: Cash or checks made out to “Gail Leary”
When to pay: Beginning on Wednesday, September 6th; payments can be made September 6,13, 20 or mail your check to: Gail Leary, 1623 Old Manor Drive, Derby, NY 14047 (Do NOT mail cash!)
What to bring: An appetizer, a side, or a dessert
What do I need: A lawn chair, games for outside or inside (depending upon the weather), a sweatshirt or jacket (it usually is a little colder next to the lake), your camera, shoes to hike the beach
Rooms are available for overnight for $25 each
Pop, water bottles, coffee and tea provided. BYOB
Hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage, paper products all provided, along with snacks
Bring friends and family.
