I wanted to let you know that since I sent out the Blog on Monday, I have only added two more singers which means that roughly 80% of the singers are busy this weekend. I have found over the years that I really need between 40 and 50 people coming (including guests) to cover the costs.
So, let’s cancel this weekend and aim for our big annual finale picnic in the spring at the end of our BIG season ahead. I wanted to catch you this afternoon because I know that some people were planning what to bring and shopping for ingredients.
If you have already paid me, please see me before rehearsal or during the break so that I can return your cash or your check. See you later!
