Good morning BCAS! Please take note of the following announcements before tonight’s rehearsal.
- Ray is collecting dues and you can touch base with him before or after rehearsal
- Please continue to encourage ticket sales for our concert! We are three weeks away from the dress rehearsal and we are performing beautiful music! It would be a shame for people to miss this one.
- Tom sent out a blog earlier in the week reminding people that we need 3-5 more volunteers for the Sabres 50/50 fundraiser on Saturday. This is a fundraiser BCAS has done for years and it is such an easy fundraiser. However, if we don’t have the minimum number of volunteers there is a good chance we will not be asked to continue. Please, if you have been on the fence about joining us sign up with Tom as it is such a fun evening. Or if you have a friend or family member bring them along. And if you have already signed up, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
- Alec will be looking for volunteers to help with the crew for our Christmas concerts. We will need help at the Wednesday dress rehearsal and both concerts. Please start thinking about helping with this if you are able.
- Football squares will continue to be sold before rehearsal. $10/square for the Bills Thanksgiving game
- Water bottles and 50/50 tickets are also sold before rehearsal.
