Hi folks! The Riv is almost here, and with the end of our concert season comes a few reminders. Take note of the following before tomorrow’s rehearsal, especially since we will have very little break time at the dress rehearsal.
- Thank you to everyone that sold tickets! If you still have tickets on consignment that are unsold PLEASE bring them to rehearsal tomorrow. There may be members that need to buy tickets and if the consignment tickets are in your hands/pocket/purses then they cannot be sold. Thanks to the ticket crew for all of their hard work. And to all of YOU for inviting your family and friends to this great event!
- Rick needs some members to help out with the prestigious set up/take down crew of risers for the dress rehearsal and concert day. If you are interested in helping you can email him at rick.lesniak@gmail.com or let me know tomorrow at rehearsal. Many hands make light work!
- Considering running for a board position? Return your nominations to Paula ASAP! If you have any questions about what being a board member entails, talk to Paula or any board member. It is a great way to get involved with the chorus if you are looking for a way to volunteer your time and efforts.
- See someone at rehearsal that is constantly going the extra mile? There are so many wonderful people in our organization that go above and beyond to serve our chorus members. Consider nominating someone deserving of the annual service award.
- End of year picnic has been announced! If you would like to attend see Gail to sign up or pay. It’s always such a fun time with even better food! Let’s celebrate a fabulous season together in a picturesque setting.
- Mark your calendars for the annual meeting, held on June 6th at the High School. We hope to see everyone there!
