I am temporarily putting a hold on any further Wednesday picnic sign ups. Nadine will have sign up sheets at the tables tomorrow night but they will be for Saturday, June 17th only. There is an occupancy limit of 80 guests that I must adhere to for each of our two dates. I am getting concerned that I must have enough openings left for donors and other invited guests for the Wednesday date, the 14th. If you are flexible and can do either date, please send me a text at 716-435-0176. This will give me a little flexibility and some sleep. I will keep a waiting list if we hit the designated number.
If you are hoping to attend a picnic and you have not signed up yet, I would advise you to sign up asap. Once I hit 80 guests, we are done. Also, if you find that you are not able to attend for any reason, please text me so that I can free up some spaces for a waiting list.
I am seeing 9 singers signed up for helping. These are two separate picnics with c 80 people at each. I will be needing saintly helpers particularly at the end of the evening. The venue has to be left exactly the way i found it on the morning after. I am not going to be able to do the shopping, the set up and the clean up by myself…… So……please….volunteer!
