Here are a few items of interest for all of you regarding tomorrow night’s rehearsal!
- Please check in when you arrive so we can continue to keep an accurate attendance.
- If you have had a second booster and you would like to update your date in our records, feel free to bring your updated card with you.
- The infection rate in Erie County as of this afternoon is as follows: The infection rate for Monday, April 18th was 19.4%. The 7 day average is 15.6%. Erie County is currently at the medium level. With this in mind, your Board has decided to make all singers aware of the current rates the day prior to each rehearsal. As long as we remain in the medium level, you should make your own determination regarding wearing your mask while singing. Feel absolutely free to wear your mask if it helps you feel safer or if you are concerned about those surrounding you. This new uptick is very contagious so we ask that you stick to the 3 foot distance between singers where the cards are placed. Your safety is our main priority.
- If you are showing any signs of feeling unwell on Wednesday, please contact Marcia to let her know of your absence. Please don’t come if you have symptoms of a cold or any other Covid symptoms. We have Zoom available at every rehearsal so you can still attend on Zoom and we are accounting for your attendance.
- If you are short any of the pieces for the concert or have any extras, please see Rick tomorrow night. I know that a few need the “Gloria”.
