Hi, all,
Another beautiful blue sky sunny day today! Hope you had a chance to get some fresh air. Here are the important bits and pieces for tomorrow night’s rehearsal:
- The infection rate for yesterday was 23% and the 7 day average is 20%. We will need to wear masks again tomorrow night and please respect the 3 foot spacing where your card is placed. Thank you for helping us keep our singers safe!
- If you test positive following our Wednesday night rehearsal, please let Marcia or Kevin or me know so that we can give the singers around you a heads up!
- We are coming down to the wire with our operations problems. We have 5 out of 8 people who have volunteered to load and unload the risers and help set up. At this point, we need to begin to brain storm what we can do. We have to have c 8 people for moving the risers or safety of the crew becomes impossible to achieve. Please give this thought for tomorrow night and we will hear ideas or new volunteers during the announcements.
- Please check in when you arrive and you are welcome to share your 2nd Booster date with me if you have it.
- Please see Nadine if you or a family member can help out the day of the concert with programs and “tickets”.
- We need volunteers to help out selling tickets at the church during the next couple of weekends. If you are willing to pitch in, please email me or see me tomorrow night–shadowlear@aol.com. Possibilities for this would include the following: Mass times are Saturday at 4:30, Sunday at 7:30, 9:00 and 11:00. If you could let me know asap, Tom could give you a quick tutorial on what to do. Possible dates might be 5/21, 5/22, 5/28, 5/29, 6/4.
