We would like to cordially invite you to join our crew and assist in the set-up/take-down of our risers and equipment for the upcoming concert!
This is no measly task, and it requires many hands (and legs) to get it done efficiently and safely. I know there are always a trusty few I can count on to put this show together, but we can always use more help with everything that needs to get done for both the dress rehearsal and the concert! Here I have attached a Google Doc to sign up for whatever times you’re available to help, I’d appreciate it if you filled it out at your earliest convenience. (I should’ve done this weeks ago I’ve just been procrastinating per usual)
We need a minimum of about 10 people to load/unload the U-Haul truck on either day, and many more to set everything up at the church when we get there. If we don’t have enough people sign up in like 2 weeks then I’m going to have to actually talk to people in person (which I really really don’t want to do) so please fill out the form ASAP đ
