Hello Everyone,
I hope you’re enjoying your summer so far! We’ve been hard at work planning for next season, and I know many of you are anxious to know our calendar for the year. While we’re still finalizing up some of the information, I wanted to get a draft to you as soon as possible. A newsletter will be sent out later this summer with more specific information about our upcoming season!
DRAFT – BCAS Calendar 2024 – 2025
Please note a few things on this calendar:
- We have an opening meeting and social this year on 8/28. This will not be a rehearsal, but you will be getting your music and then David and the board will go over our goals and plans for the season. There will be ample time to socialize as well!
- All of our rehearsals are currently listed as Sweet Home High School. While most of the rehearsals will be there, some may be in a different location, such as the middle school, if the High School is not available those nights.
- Our concerts on 10/27 and 12/15 are at 2 pm. This is because the Bills play away games at 4:05 and 4:25 on those days. We and our audience should be out in time to see/hear the games and we will hopefully not be competing for attention.
- Some events, such as the Sabres 50/50 are not scheduled yet. Those will be added to the calendar once we have dates.
Also, don’t forget to answer the 2024/2025 Membership Status Survey if you have not already, We’ve had 79 responses so far, which means we need another 40 or so people to respond. It shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes.
