Hello,
First, here are some reminders for tonight’s concert:
- Park across the street from the church if possible. We want to leave the lot next to and behind the church and next to the school for our audience members.
- Get to the church by 6:!5. We will get on the risers by 6:30 for the quartet to join us for balance check.
- Doors open for the concert at 6:50.
- As per the announcement at rehearsal on Wednesday, please make sure you are in concert dress according to our guidelines:
- Black shirt, pants/skirt, socks/tights, shoes.
- Slacks or full-length skirt
- 3/4 to full-length sleeves
- Black tights if you’re wearing a skirt
- No sparkles or sequins
- No dangling earrings, only studs, and no large jewelry
- No perfumes or fragrances
Second, after going through the numbers, we had approximately 475 tickets sold for the concert on 12/3. Right now we have 211 tickets sold for tonight. Let’s see if we can get to 450!
Last, I will have a sign-up for people to do Christmas caroling with us at the Sabres game. The game is on Tuesday, 12/19 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. This is very informal and mostly a way for us to get our name out there. Please find me tonight if you can join. Ideally, we’d like about 10-12 people who can do it. We have done this in the past and it’s a lot of fun!
