Crew Calls for Broadway and Beyond, Riviera Theatre
This is the call for volunteers to help move and set up our lovely, dependable risers from their storage location (63 Basset Drive, Williamsville) for our upcoming rehearsal and concert at the Riviera Theatre, 67 Webster St., N. Tonawanda, 14120
Because of the busy performance schedule at the Riv, we won’t be able to store our risers backstage. They will need to be moved to a temporary location in the hiatus, and moved back on Sunday for the performance.

Here are the schedule details:
Rehearsal at Riviera Theatre, 67 Webster St., N. Tonawanda, 14120
Wednesday, May 30, 2018 (requires 6 people) (Lesniak, ????)
4:30 pm: Fetch Rental truck from UHaul (Ganschow)
5:15pm: Meet up at 63 Bassett Rd, Williamsville, 14221; load risers, podium, etc. No sound system.
5:30 pm: drive to the Riviera Theater, Webster Street, North Tonawanda
Wednesday, May 30, 2018 (dress rehearsal): Riviera Theatre (requires 8 people)
6:00 pm: move risers into theater, configure and setup
7:00 pm: rehearsal
9:30 pm (approx): break down risers, load them into the truck.
9:45 pm (approx) Proceed to Doug and Margo Fronczek’s house, 87 Linwood Ave, Ton. 14150 1.5 miles away. Unload risers and store in their garage.
10:00 pm (approx): return Truck to UHaul (Ganschow)
Performance at Riviera Theatre
Sunday June 3, 2018: performance (requires 8 People)
11:00 am: Fetch Rental Truck from Uhaul (Lesniak)
12:00 pm: Meet at the Fronczek residence (87 Linwood Ave, Ton 14150) Load risers on the truck. Proceed to Riv.
12:15 pm: Unload risers, move on stage, setup.
1:15 pm: Warmup/rehearsal
3:00 pm: performance
4:30 pm (approx): break down risers and equipment; Load on truck.
Sunday June 3, 2018: Unload risers at Storage Location (requires 6 people)
5:15 pm: Unload risers and store at 63 Bassett Dr., Williamsville 14221
5:30 pm (est): return truck to Uhaul (Lesniak)
