Crew Call for BMHoF rehearsal and performance

Dear BCAS Members,

This is the (belated) call for volunteers to help move and set up our lovely, dependable risers from their storage location (63 Basset Drive, Williamsville) for our upcoming rehearsal and performance at Cardinal O’Hara High School.

Rehearsal at Cardinal O’Hara High School, 39 Ohara Rd, Tonawanda, NY 14150

Wednesday, October 10: (requires 6 people) (Cook, Ganschow, Rizzo, ? ? ? )
4:00 pm: Fetch Rental truck from UHaul Moving & Storage at Transit Rd, 6161 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043 (Sam, Mark)
4:45 pm: Meet up at 63 Bassset Drive, Williamsville; load risers, podium, sound system components, etc.
5:15 pm: drive to Cardinal O’Hara; unload risers, sound system, move into school auditorium (about a 20 minute drive in traffic)

Wednesday, October 10: (requires 8 people) (Cook, Rizzo ? ? ? ? ? ?)
5:30 pm: move equipment into church, configure and setup; [arrange mics,] podium, etc. tape down wires, extension cords. Configuration may have to be adjusted to suit the space.
7:00 pm: rehearsal, leave truck parked. (Andrea take Sam/Mark back to their Vehicles)

Thursday, October 11: performance (requires 8 people) (Cook, Rizzo ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?)
7pm: performance
9:30 pm (approx): break down risers, return all equipment to truck, drive to storage location
10pm (approx): unload and store equipment, return truck (Cook, Rizzo)
