Calling All BCAS NYC Singers,
This is the call for volunteers to help move and set up our equipment (risers and sound system) from their storage location at 63 Bassett Rd, Williamsville 14221 for our upcoming dress rehearsal and concert at St. John Vianney November 5, 2017. Adding our new sound system to the mix means we need more volunteers than before.

Here’s the schedule in detail (times subject to change):
Sunday November 5, 2017: Load equipment at 63 Bassett Drive, Williamsville 14221 (requires 6 People)
11:00 am: Fetch Rental Truck from Uhaul (Ganschow)
12:00 noon: meet at 63 Bassett Drive, load risers and sound system into truck. Proceed to SJV
Sunday November 5, 2017: Unload truck, setup equipment at St. John Vianney (requires 10 people)
1:00 pm: Meet at St. John Vianney church (following conclusion of 12:00 noon mass); unload truck
1:15 pm: Set up risers (requires 7 people)
1:15 pm: set up and test sound system (requires 3 people)
1:30 pm approx: Warmup/rehearsal
4:00 pm: performance
Sunday November 5, 2017: Break down and stow equipment; load truck (SJV) (Requires 8 people)
5:30 pm (approx): break down risers and equipment; Load on truck.
Sunday November 5, 2017: Unload and store equipment at library (Requires 6 people)
6:15 pm (approx) meet truck at 63 Bassett Rd; unload, store equipment, etc.
6:30 pm (approx) return truck to Uhaul (Ganschow)
