Guess what? We are ready to hand out the music for the June concert! We have two dates, times, and places!!! You can pick which one works best for you! You will make us very happy if we have all of the folders picked up when we are finished so please make every effort to grab your folder on one of the pick up dates!
- Sunday, January 30th, 1:00 to 3:00 at Ebenezer United Church of Christ at 630 Main Street, in West Seneca. Come to the school entrance not the church entrance. Folders will be distributed inside.
OR
2. Monday, January 31st, 5:30 to 7:30 at St. Christopher’s RC Church at 2660 Niagara Falls Blvd. in Tonawanda. Come to the entrance area that we use for sign in’s. Folders will be distributed from a car or inside the entrance.
Hoping that you are all healthy and taking good care of yourselves as we watch the current explosion of Covid cases begin to decline. Having your music will allow you to work on it from home AND with the Zoom rehearsals held by Marcia.
Please be creative as you look at the above dates for pick up. Can you come on Sunday afternoon and make it an adventure? Can you come on Monday after work? Can you ask a friend or a relative to grab it if you can’t make either date? Can you ask a BCAS friend to pick up your music for you and you pick it up from them? We are hoping that it will not be necessary to pick another date!
