Crew Call for Choral Reflections rehearsal and performances
Dear BCAS Members,
This is the call for volunteers to help move and set up our lovely, dependable risers and sound system from their storage location (63 Basset Drive, Williamsville) for our upcoming rehearsal and concerts at Church of the Annunciation, and Orchard Park Presbyterian Church.

Rehearsal at Church of the Annunciation, 7580 Clinton St, Elma
Wednesday, March 7 (requires 6 people) (Ganschow, Lesniak, ? ? ? )
4:00 pm: Fetch Rental truck from UHaul (Ganschow)
5:15 pm: Meet up at 63 Bassset Drive, Williamsville; load risers, podium, sound system components, etc.
5:30 pm: drive to Church of the Annunciation in Elma; unload risers, sound system, move into church (about at 12 minute drive in traffic)
Wednesday, March 7 (dress rehearsal): (requires 8 people) (Lesniak, Ganschow, ? ? ? ? ? ?)
6:00 pm: move equipment into church, configure and setup; arrange mics, podium, etc. tape down wires, extension cords
7:00 pm: rehearsal
9:45 pm (approx): break down equipment, move them to secure storage location. ditto for podium, wires, extension cords, etc. (15 minutes max)
10:00 pm (approx): return Truck to UHaul (Ganschow)
Performance at Church of the Annunciation
Saturday March 10: performance (requires 8 people) (Lesniak, Ganschow, ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?)
4:00 pm: fetch Truck from Uhaul (Ganschow)
5:30 pm: move risers into church from storage location in hallway; configure exactly as Wednesday .
7:30 pm: performance
9:15 pm (approx) after performance: break down risers, Load into truck; Drive to Storage location
Saturday March 10: Apres-performance (requires 6 people) (Lesniak, Ganschow, ? ? ? )
10:00 pm (approx) return risers to storage location; unload
10:15 pm (approx) return truck to UHaul (Ganschow)
Performance at Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, 4369 South Buffalo Street

Sunday March 10: performance (requires 6 people) (Lesniak, ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?)
12:30 pm: move sound system equipment into church from cars; setup equipment and reconfigure OPP risers
3:00 pm: performance
4:30 pm (approx) after performance: break down sound equipment, load into cars; Drive to Storage location
Saturday March 10: Apres-performance (requires 4 people) (Lesniak, ? ? ? )
5:15 pm (approx) return sound equipment to storage location; unload
5:30 pm (approx) return truck to UHaul
