Hope you are staying cool! I have a couple of things to share with you since I only have two dress rehearsals and a concert to have opportunities to reach you. Here it goes:
- I have openings now for the Wednesday and the Saturday picnics so feel free to join in on the fun by signing up!
- i have about 15 sign ups that are not paid. Please bring the money to rehearsal tomorrow since the following week will be at the Riviera.
- I have many people at both events that have not indicated what food they are bringing. NO desserts, please. We have plenty for both events. 1 or 2 appetizers only. Main dishes and side dishes are needed both days. Suggestions are: green salad, pasta salad, casserole, baked beans, etc. Please indicate the ingredients in what you are bringing.
- Day of: Sunny—bring layers. beach shoes, camera, lawn chairs, lawn games. Rainy—bring board games, cards, etc.
- Car pool if possible. I am at 60+ for each event.
- I need a ton of help at Saturday picnic. There are only a few people signed up to help… It is a worry.
