Good Friday afternoon!
This is a reminder to mark your calendars for the BCAS party at Pearl Street Grill, following our Christmas concert on Sunday, December 3rd. They are expecting us to arrive at 5:00 and dinner will be served between 5:30 and 6:00. It is the Buffalo buffet and it is all that you can eat. Chicken wings, a huge salad, mini roast beef on weck sandwiches, carrots and celery with a Stilton cheese dip, vegetarian and meat pizza choices, dessert, coffee, tea, soda, water. Tip and tax included.
Our cost is $28 per person. I can take payments over the next 4 rehearsal dates or you can pay in full. Please make any checks out to Gail Leary so that I can consolidate our payment into one. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at shadowlear@aol.com or you can see me at rehearsal behind the tables. I need to notify Pearl Street during the week of November 20th what our numbers are. I can add a few more the week before the concert but please don’t wait until then, if you can avoid it. You can bring spouses, family, friends, relatives, neighbors, etc. etc. This is within walking distance of the Cathedral.
I can accept money this Sunday, November 8th, 14th, 21st, and 28th.
