The end of our season is in our sights and it’s time to celebrate a wonderful, musical season! Here are the particulars!
WHEN: Saturday, June 9th, 2018 (following our Riviera concert and our Annual Meeting). The start time will be 3:00 pm with dinner served c. 5:30-6:30. Come when you can!
WHERE: The Manor House at the Bluff’s in Derby (next door to Greycliff–consider taking a tour as part of your day)
WHAT: Our end of season celebration!
COST: $12 to Gail and please bring either an appetizer, a side dish, or a dessert to share. We will supply paper products, water bottles, pop, coffee, tea, the meat selection, additional apps, sides or desserts, as needed and tablecloths and some decorations.
PLEASE BRING: your own lawn chairs, appropriate clothing for pool, hiking, or winter (just kidding) and BYOB for your responsible enjoyment.
I will be at the tables on May 16th (tomorrow) and May 23rd to collect your money. You can also touch base with me at the dress rehearsal if needed.
Tina will be at the tables creating a list of appetizers, sides, and desserts that you choose to bring, as well as any help that you are able to give us during the entire event. Please let her know what you may bring and how you might help.
If the weather is lovely, you could enjoy the pool. Let me know so I can hire a lifeguard. The trail to the lake is open for beach walking and collecting. For kayak enthusiasts, there is 18 mile creek below us. There are loads of tables for card games and board games if the weather is rainy. There is an electric piano….perhaps some singing too!
