Hello Everyone,
In preparation for the upcoming election of our 2023-34 BCAS Board, I have attached a file containing the profiles for all of our candidates. Please take some time to read through all of them so that you can make an informed decision on June 20th.
As you know, our Annual Meeting and Board election will take place on Tuesday, June 20th from 7:00 to 8:30pm in the Sweet Home High School cafeteria. This meeting will also be a ‘Meet and Greet’ with David Curtis. We encourage everyone to make every effort to attend this meeting in person.
We do know that unforeseen illnesses or other circumstances arise. Therefore, we are following these procedures to allow members attending on Zoom to vote in the election:
(1) The ballot is attached to this blog in two formats – PDF and Microsoft Word. Download one of these ballots onto your phone, desktop or other devices.
(2) Makes your choices and save the ballot
(3) Email the ballot to me at msrowanjupiter@gmail.com by no later than 5:oopm on Tuesday, June 20th.
***IMPORTANT: FOR YOUR BALLOT TO BE COUNTED, YOU MUST BE CONNECTED BY ZOOM AND COUNTED AS ‘PRESENT’ AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MEETING. Tom will send out zoom information in a blog prior to the meeting on Tuesday.
