Singers, our dress rehearsals are finally here! I am so excited to hear this music come together with a full orchestra. We will need every minute of rehearsal today and Friday, so please take note of the following announcements:
- THANK YOU!!! To all of our volunteers that worked the Sabres 50/50 game on Saturday. We sold over $40,000 in 50/50 tickets, which helped the chorus earn roughly $2,000. Incredible work, and we look forward to working more games next season.
- Thank you to everyone that has signed up to work crew for this concert. Your efforts are appreciated and without you this concert would not be possible. If you are able and you get to rehearsals early, find a crew member and ask if there is any way you can help. Many hands make light work!
- Rick is looking for some volunteers to work at the Library on Monday to sort our March music and put together packets for the Riv. Talk to Rick Lesniak if you are interested.
- Keep selling tickets! The student tickets are an incredible deal, our soloists are incredible, our entire concert is incredible! Remind your people to get their tickets.
- PARTY AT PEARL STREET! Gail sent out a reminder blog yesterday but all final participants and money MUST be sent to her by rehearsal tonight. We will have a spreadsheet listing who has signed up and paid. Please check that sheet when you come into rehearsal today so you know you are counted for. As Gail would say, very important to have all of our ducks in a row!
That’s all folks! See everyone tonight at St. Joe’s Cathedral for some beautiful music making.
Best regards,
Beth Jasen, BCAS Secretary
