Happy Wednesday BCAS! Please take note of the following announcements before rehearsal tonight.
- We will be selling Superbowl squares beginning tonight at rehearsal. $20/square, cash only.
- We are looking for volunteers to work the Sabres 50/50 on March 4th. It is an afternoon game so arrival is around 12:00. Anyone can volunteer, including family and friends, as long as they are over 18.
- Thank you to our volunteers who helped stuff our folders with March music! We so appreciate you taking on this task.
- There will be flyers available at rehearsal tonight to distribute for our March concert. There is also advertisement posted on our facebook and instagram page. Please like and share this info so we can get the word out about this fabulous concert! Physical tickets will also be on sale soon.
Thank you to everyone that has notified myself, Marcia, and Sharon of an upcoming absence by emailing choralattendance@gmail.com. If you will be absent in the future this is the only account you need to email! It has greatly helped streamline our process. Also if you know you will be absent I have sheets upon check in where you can write your future absence.
We WILL have rehearsal on January 25th. This is a typo on the old calendar.
