Announcements for Dress Rehearsal, need for crew, & ushers

Good morning all! Marcia sent out a plan yesterday regarding our dress rehearsal at the Riv. Please take note of the following announcements from the board.

  • Thank you to those that have already volunteered for crew with Alec! We say this every concert but truly, these concerts would not happen without you. That being said, we are currently short 4-5 volunteers for Sunday set up and take down. We cannot and will not move the risers unsafely. Please if you are in any capacity to help, see Alec.
  • Nadine is is need of some ushers for our concert, as the theatre is no longer providing their own ushers. Please email her or speak to her at rehearsal if you have someone available to help.
  • ALL BLACK DRESS CODE FOR WEDNESDAY. This is imperative for our promo shots. Make sure you also bring water to stay hydrated, as it can get warm under the lights. Thank you for accommodating this!
  • Picnic parking situation. Ali mentioned this at our last rehearsal, but we are trying to figure out parking at the manor house for both the Wednesday and Saturday picnics. If you are able to carpool or park at an alternate location, see Ali at rehearsal. All other picnic concerns, see Nadine or Gail

Be ready for a glorious dress rehearsal at the Riv Wednesday evening. All of our hard work is going to pay off when the audience hears us! Thank you to everyone, we are grateful to each and every one of you for making BCAS incredible!
