Happy Tuesday everyone!
It will be so good to see everyone at rehearsal today after missing last Wednesday. If you are still snowed in please join us on zoom, as Marcia has stated in her blog, our dress rehearsal is next week! Please take note of the following so we can make the most of our rehearsal time this evening.
- SELL TICKETS!!! You all know it is crunch time. If you have a holiday gathering this weekend invite your friends and family to what is sure to be a joyous concert.
- Bills squares will be on sale and today is the last day to purchase. $10 per square!
- Water bottles and 50/50 tickets are still being sold before rehearsal and during the break.
- Gail sent out an email yesterday regarding our cookie event for the upcoming concert. She needs twenty bakers to make this possible. We know singing isn’t our only talent, so consider bringing a holiday treat to share. Talk to her at rehearsal if you are interested in helping.
- Roster is almost complete! We are going to pass it around tonight at rehearsal one final time. Please look at all your information to make sure it is correct. This will be posted on the website for our members so it is extremely important your information is accurate.
- Talk to Alec if you can help with the crew call. We will need people on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Thank you to all our volunteers in the past, we could not put on these concerts without our fabulous crew!
