A reminder for tomorrow’s rehearsal!

Hi, all,

Hope you are all well and enjoying your day!  Here are a few reminders about tomorrow evening!

  1.  Please gather together your music AND your booster verification.  Your card or your Excelsior Plus will be PERFECT.  We are counting on each of you to take care of this TOMORROW so that we keep the room as safe as possible.  As you read last week, masks will be optional as long as the 7 day average infection rate remains low. The rate has been creeping back up a bit over the last week or so.  As of today, it is 2.4% and remains in the “low” community level.  Fingers and toes are crossed that it stays that way.  Let us be respectful of all singers who feel the need to wear a mask during rehearsals.  Some of our friends have health issues that are private.  Please look for me or Beth Anne when you arrive tomorrow night to show your information to.
  2. Cards will be placed with distance between each singer.  Please respect the need for some distancing to protect others around you as you sing.
  3. What if you haven’t gotten your booster yet?  You can contact Kevin and chat with him about that.  We will be providing a Zoom option if you need to stay home until you get it taken care of.  We have a few instances where wearing your mask and distancing will be acceptable but you will need to discuss that with him.
  4. If you are not feeling well or are running a fever, please stay home and take care of you!  And take care of your chorus friends by not sharing!
  5. Music!  If you have ANY BCAS music other than the June concert music, please bring it and turn it in tomorrow to Rick.  If you are coming back and don’t have the June music, please see Rick.  He has extras for those circumstances.
  6. A word about announcements.  If you have an announcement to make during the rehearsal, please contact me (Gail) at shadowlear@aol.com or text me at 716-435-0176 to let me know.  We want to make sure as we move toward this concert that any questions or concerns are addressed.

Have a great day and tonight would be a lovely night to listen to the pieces in your folders to reacquaint yourself with them again!

Have a great day!

Gail
