A JOYFUL ANNOUNCEMENT!

Hi, all!

WHAT:  Sunday, March 12th, 5:00-8:00PM, Pearl Street Grill and Brewery, dinner served at 5:30, Speakeasy Parlour, BCAS After Concert Connection!

MENU;  garden salad, baked ziti, potato pierogi, boneless chicken wings, Buffalo Style chicken wings, Roast beef on weck sandwiches, vegetable and cheese and pepperoni pizza, celery and carrots, unlimited soda, coffee, tea, and a full cash bar available.

COST:  After some negotiations with Pearl Street and support from the BCAS Board, the cost of each dinner will be $27 per chorus member.  The actual cost that we are being charged is $30.00.  If you would like to donate the extra or even a bit more to cover some cake,etc., you are welcome to do so.  Guest(s) are invited at the full cost of $30,  There is a minimum number of 30 people that we must have and there is a maximum amount without the cost going up for service expenses.

HOW DO YOU SIGN UP AND ATTEND:

  1. Contact Gail with any questions and to sign up at shadowlear@aol.com, or GLeary44@gmail.com, or 716-435-0176 to get your name(s) onto the list.
  2. Payments need to be sent to Gail by March 6th.  Address is Gail Leary, 1623 Old Manor Drive, Derby, NY 14047 or Venmo@Gail-Leary.  Checks and/or money orders need to be made out to Gail. I will be handling the payments to Pearl Street.
  3. Beth Anne will keep you posted at each rehearsal in February of the number of attendees so that you can gauge your timing for signing up and paying up!
  4. N.B. There will be NO additional sign ups after March 6th.  Zero exceptions. Any additional guests change the total of the bill that day and it is problematic for the manager in charge, as well as me.

This should be a wonderful occasion and a great chance to spend a little fun time with each other and with Marcia!

Take care of yourselves.  Avoid the “bugs” infecting friends and family and above all……..watch out for water, ice, and snow when you are walking!
