Hi, all,
Hoping that your week went well and you are ready to celebrate with song tomorrow night! A few things to think about:
- There will be some cookies for you tomorrow night to begin your evening! The cookies will be at the Middle School!
- When you arrive, please fill out a name tag and check in with me at the table. If you are planning to Zoom, please let me know so that I count you as a “Zoomer” on the attendance sheet.
- Attire for the October concert will be the same as our Board approved attire last season: Black, black, black and black. Men can choose either a patriotic tie or a tie of red, white, or blue. Other than that, the attire for men and women will be black. New members, please see me for a copy of our attire policy. We would like to see the attire choices of the women new members prior to the first performance either by wearing it to a rehearsal or bringing it to show or take a great photo on your phone to have it checked. Questions about attire can be directed to me or LInda Koziol, Nancy Seel, Tina Reece, Kelly Goble, LInda Lang or Sue Lobrutto.
- If you arrive after 7:15 at either school, we are expecting the doors to be locked. Please call my cell at Gail Leary, 716-435-0176 and I will come to the door and let you in. I will keep my eye on my phone until 8:00.
