Hello all! I guess I have to stop saying it looks like Spring is coming…because after this weekend I’m not so sure! Hopefully our Riv audiences won’t have to deal with snow and ice! A few things for Wednesday
- the Bandits 50/50 raffle is THIS SATURDAY. We still need about 9 more people to sign up. This fundraiser is so important, mostly because it doesn’t involve any pre-planning or prep from the volunteers working the event. If you’ve ever worked a Sabres or Bandits fundraiser before please consider attending. And if you haven’t, there isn’t a better time to join us! Especially if you are competitive…my family always argues over who will sell the most raffle tickets. See Tom if you are interested, as Wednesday we need to have all of these spots filled.
- Ticket sales for the Riv are up and running! If you would like to order tickets see the wonderful ticket crew at rehearsal. You can also order tickets online or take tickets out on consignment. We’ll be asking for consignment tickets back sometime in May, so please sell what you can! Since the Riv has limited seating we can only sell a set number of physical tickets.
- This is the last week to talk to Marcia or sign up to audition with any type of solo. Solo auditions will begin next week, April 25th, before rehearsal.
- If you were not at rehearsal last week, there is an insert to our Hunchback medley. We will have it for you Wednesday, but give yourself a few extra minutes before rehearsal to insert it in the right place.
Although it doesn’t feel like it…June and our concert are just around the corner. Let’s really dig into the music, sell tickets, AND have another great 50/50 fundraiser!
