St. Joseph Cathedral Performance
11:00 am: get truck from UHaul (Ganschow)
11:45 am: meet up at 63 Bassett Dr Williamsville and carefully load risers and equipment onto truck
12:00 pm: Proceed to St. Joseph Cathedral (15 miles, approx 25 minutes)Sunday Dec 3: performance (requires 8 People) (Lesniak,….????)
12:30 pm: meet truck at St Joseph Cathedral; unload risers and equipment
12:45 pm: configure, setup risers, podium, etc. in cathedral
1:00 pm: warmup/rehearsal
3:00 pm: performance
4:30 pm (approx): break down risers and equipment; Store in the wings at the Cathedral
Tuesday, Dec 5 (requires 6 people) (Lesniak, Ganschow, ? ? ?)
4:00 pm: Fetch Rental truck from UHaul (Ganschow)
5:15 pm: Meet at St. Joseph’s Cathedral to load risers, sound system, etc.
5:30 pm: drive to SS P&P church in Hamburg; unload risers move into church (13 miles, approx 25 minutes)
Tuesday, Dec 5 (dress rehearsal): SS P&P Church (requires 8 people) (Lesniak, ?, ? ? ? ? ? ?)
6:00 pm: move risers into church, configure and setup; arrange mics, podium, etc. tape down wires, extension cords
7:00 pm: rehearsal
9:30 pm (approx): break down risers, carefully return them to storage location near the Gym, ditto for podium, wires, extension cords, etc. (30 minutes max)
10:00 pm (aprox): return Truck to UHaul Ganschow)
Saturday, Dec 9: performance (requires 8 people) (Lesniak, ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?)
7:30 pm: performance
9:15 pm (approx) after performance: break down risers, load them into the truck and proceed to the storage location.
